SİMA SERA AS Incl. started his activity in 2003 and operates with a total facility area of 150,000 m², including 116,000 m² of modern greenhouse production space. With an annual production capacity of 6,000–6,500 tons, a workforce of 150 greenhouse employees, and a team of 15 technical and quality specialists, the company exports and supplies premium agricultural products to European Union countries, Russia, Ukraine, the Turkic Republics, and the domestic market.

We are able to provide us with the lists of active ingredients used on the parcels of product delivered as well as the processing schedule on request. We undertake to use only the phytosanitary products authorised for the type of Corp and country according to the recommended doses and pre-harvest intervals. We have our products checked monthly at internationally recognized laboratories and can provide the results upon request. We work with EUROFINS LAB; PROANALIZ LAB or similar laboratories.
We have a plan of our greenhouses and they are numbered to ensure the traceability. All activities are followed by a special program called AGRYNEA. Managing of production, harvest, labor and operations are controlled in one platform. Through this software, we monitor the daily activities of every employee at our production facility. We have in our production center a system based on ISO 9001 and ISO 20000. With this system we control all steps concerning hygiene, quality and safety.
The packaging used for the products of fruits and vegetables are used concerning EU regulation and rules. Before shipping all packaging materials starting from pallets till each package should be controlled. Food safety; Technical data sheets and other certificates should be ready in case of request by our partners. The labelling and marking of packages comply with European regulations.
