Our History

2003

Our Foundation

Our company was established as Özekin Agricultural Products Ltd. Co. and began its commercial operations at the Antalya Wholesale Market. It supplied fresh fruits and vegetables to numerous five-star hotels in the Belek and Kundu regions.

2005-2007

Retail Chain Operations

Successfully managed the fresh fruit and vegetable departments of BİM and Makro Market stores across the Antalya region, gaining valuable experience in the retail sector.

2008

First Modern Greenhouse Facility

Established the first modern soilless greenhouse on a 25-decare area within a 40-decare site in Karaöz, Antalya, and started tomato production.

2015

Afyon Sandıklı Investment

A modern 30-decare production facility was established in the Sandıklı Thermal Region of Afyon, utilizing geothermal water to achieve highly efficient agricultural production.

2017-2018

Production Capacity Expansion

The Karaöz greenhouse facility was relocated to Afyon Sandıklı, increasing the production area to 52,000 m² and nearly doubling the export-oriented soilless tomato production capacity. 2019

2019

New Production Facility

Following the completion of an additional 18,000 m² greenhouse investment, the company's total modern production area reached 78,000 m².

2021

SİMA Agriculture

Following changes in the partnership structure, the company was renamed SİMA Agricultural Products Ltd. Co. and continued its operations under its new corporate identity.

2024

SİMA Inc.

With the completion of the corporate restructuring process, the company officially adopted the name SİMA Inc. and further strengthened its corporate organization.

2025

New Product Categories

During the 2025–2026 production season, raspberry and blackberry cultivation was introduced on a 20,000 m² production area, expanding the company's product portfolio.

2026

Today

Today, SİMA Inc. operates with a total facility area of 150,000 m², including 116,000 m² of modern greenhouse production space. With an annual production capacity of 6,000–6,500 tons, a workforce of 150 greenhouse employees, and a team of 15 technical and quality specialists, the company exports and supplies premium agricultural products to European Union countries, Russia, Ukraine, the Turkic Republics, and the domestic market.
